Computer Training

Computer Classes offered

I typically teach Microsoft products to business people using PC's. I often teach Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Sharepoint and Word. I have taught these at some of the most tech savvy companies in America, so if I didn't know what I was doing, I'd have been called out long ago. I love when I see light bulbs go off in my students' minds and they can use the tools I teach to save time and be more productive.

Webinars classes

Your company doesn't offer training at the office? Can't attend training during office hours? My webinar series is the answer. Two or three hour classes offered on evenings, weekends, or days I'm not otherwise booked. The Webinar Training focuses on specific aspects of a program such as,"Introduction to Formulas and Functions in Excel." The prices are very reasonable and all you need is an internet connection.

A Great Experience

I'm the one the training companies call in to clean up the mess another trainer made, so I hear the complaints all the time.

The trainer:
Was late
Was unprepared
Rushed through the class
Didn't answer questions
Taught directly from the book
Couldn't answer questions beyond the book
Talked down to us
Didn't really listen
And many others.

Today, most computer trainers are contractors and training companies can't guarantee a particular trainer's availability on a given day. When you hire me directly, you get me. You don't pay for franchise fees, salespeople, and high overhead. You get consistently high quality. I get to know your people and their needs and I will make recommendations to you based on those needs and my experience. In short, I want to turn your training experience into a pleasurable one, where your people actually learn instead of just being taught.
